Within 1 business day, you will receive your paperwork via email from DocHub, our electronic signature provider. You will be able to electronically sign the Purchase & Sales Agreement (cash) or Land Contract for Deed and Promissory Note (if financing) on your phone or computer. Once all parties have signed, you will receive a copy by email for your records.
If paying cash, we will then decide to self close or close through a title company depending on the property, situation, and buyer’s discretion. If financing, you will be enrolled in our recurring billing program through MoonClerk which will auto-debit your account on the 1st of every month until the terms are satisfied.
